Ms. Janet Hoover, HR Coordinator

Grayson College

"I just finished listening to the show.  I really enjoyed it.  I particularly appreciated the discussion about interviewing GenXers and Millennials (the dreaded panel interviews and 'Where do you see yourself in 5-10 years?' question).  I also loved the point about making sure there is generational diversity on committees and focus groups.  I think that's really crucial.  We all have something to learn from one another, and we all have something to teach one another."
